Family Programs refers to the Finley YMCA’s drop-in childcare service for our members to use while they work out onsite, where children are cared for by our warm and nurturing staff. Our Family Programs department is divided into three rooms.

Y-Nursery: Ages 6 weeks-18 months
Y-Playhouse: Ages 18 months-5 years
Y-Funhouse: Ages 5 years-12 years

In the Nursery, our carefully trained counselors will engage with and care for your child while you use the facility. For our infant program, counselors or rather "Nursery Moms," will show your child lots of love and attention. Our low staff to child ratio (1:3) will ensure your child’s safety while they are here playing with us. Children in the Nursery are welcome 1 hour per day, per child, for infants 6 weeks - 8 months and 2 hours per day, per child, for all other children.

In the Playhouse, children can play dress-up, make fun crafts, build with blocks, sculpt with play dough or play outside on our playground. Children in the Playhouse are welcome 2 hours per day, per child.
