Children in Grades K-8 who attend Year Round or Modified Year Round Schools
Tracking Out at Camp Venture is a place for action-packed fun, positive role models, art, swimming, field trips and more. Choose from the convenience of 4-Break coverage or the flexibility of registering for the weeks you select. Register separately for holidays/teacher workdays which are covered through our S.O.S. Days. Payment in full is due with registration for one-week sessions. Register for a minimum of four weeks and payment may be set up through a bank draft.
To register, stop by the Welcome Center at least three business days in advance and bring a filled-in Youth Information Form (below) and a copy of the immunizations record for the current school year for each child you're registering.

There are no youth programs on July 4, Sept. 3, Nov. 22 - 23, Dec. 26, 2012; March 29 and May 27, 2013.
*July 2, 3, 5 and 6 are not included in any package, but can be covered under summer camp.

At the A.E. Finley YMCA starting at 7:00 a.m.
Afternoon Pick Up
(except during summer schedule)
The Tracking Out program at the A.E. Finley YMCA operates from 7:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. Campers will transition from Tracking Out to an After School program from 2:45 – 3:30 p.m.
Your afternoon pick up options are as follows:
- School Pick Up until 6:00 p.m. Brassfield, Green or Sycamore Creek will ride a YMCA bus from the Finley YMCA to the After School program at their school. This option is not available from July 9 - Aug. 24, 2012 and June 17 - 28, 2013.
- Pick Up at the A.E. Finley YMCA until 6:00 p.m. Campers who attend any school other than the three listed above or who have a sibling attending the MASH program will join the After School program onsite at the A.E. Finley YMCA.
- Early Pick Up at the A.E. Finley YMCA before 3:30 p.m. If you do not want your child to join one of our After School programs, you can choose the Early Pick Up option and pick up your child before 3:30 p.m.
Summer Schedule
Tracking Out transitions into Finley Day Camp (FDC) from June 11 – Aug. 24, 2012. In order to allow your child the complete day camp experience, we do not offer morning or afternoon transportation to or from the elementary schools
during our summer schedule. You can also upgrade to FDC Extras, Camp Play Ball or FDC Teen Adventures for an additional fee.
All drop off and pick up is at the Finley Y.
