We offer over 160 group fitness classes each week, all complimentary with your membership. Best of all, no sign up is required; simply show up to enjoy any class on the schedule!

Water Fitness

Low-impact exercise classes for rehabilitation or to improve overall fitness. The water provides resistance to increase flexibilty and tone the body.
