Weight training offers incredible benefits for a woman's muscular and skeletal development. But many women simply don't know where to start.
W.O.W is an introductory group weight training session led by our personal trainers. For ladies ready for a higher level of weight training, we now offer W.O.W. II (advanced level). See the details!

W.O.W. I: Learn proper technique, safety, etiquette and three levels of weight training and resistance exercises over this six-week session. Each class will not exceed eight female participants, so you will have personal attention while in a supportive group setting.
Tuesdays, May 1 – June 5, 10:00-11:00 a.m. (OR) Wednesdays, May 2 - June 6, 6:00-7:00 p.m.

W.O.W. II (Advanced): Participants must have already taken W.O.W. I An advanced weight training class for women who want to increase their fitness level on the wellness floor! Review proper technique, safety, etiquette and learn new exercises at a higher intensity using free weights and other equipment.
