What is Tracking Out?
Come spend your three-week break with us! The program provides a safe, fun and caring atmosphere with an emphasis on Christian values. Tracking Out offers guided recreation and age-appropriate skill development through exciting activities. No matter what your child's age or what they enjoy Tracking Out offers a wide variety of opportunities that everyone can enjoy!

Campers will get the opportunity to participate in on-site activities including arts/humanities, sports and wellness. In addition, campers will get to attend at least one field trip per track and will get the opportunity to go swimming year-round (using either the Kraft Y's outdoor pool during the summer months or the indoor pool at the Alexander Family YMCA in Raleigh). Registration:	Registration is in progress for the 2011-2012 school year at the Kraft Family YMCA Front Desk. Member registration for the 2012-2013 school year begins Thursday, March 1st at 8:30 a.m. at the Kraft Family YMCA. Open registration begins Thursday, March 15th.

Choosing this option will allow your child to have child care for all four track out breaks. For participants choosing 4 Break Care, a discount of is built in to allow for days missed due to vacation and/or illness.

Transportation
In order to accommodate as many needs as possible, the Kraft Family YMCA offers a variety of morning and afternoon transportation options. Please see below for more information. More...

Don't need care for all three weeks during your break? No problem! Parents interested in registering for individual weeks may choose their desired weeks by completing the YMCA Youth Registration form and Tracking Out Weeks form. Campers must be signed up at least one week in advance of the week they are registered for. Weeks are also available for the summer months, and sold as summer day camp weeks.

1-week sessions
This is our most flexible Tracking Out option. Register only for the weeks you select. Register separately for holidays/ teacher workdays which are covered through our S.O.S. Days. Payment in full is due with registration for 1-week sessions. Register for a minimum of four weeks and payment may be set up through bank draft.

*Week breaks cannot be split for any reason.*

YMCA buses provide convenient drop off/pick up options. Choose the transportation options that best fit your schedule.

Morning Drop Off:
1. At the Kraft Family YMCA
2. Banks, Herbert Akins or Olive Chapel Elementary students may be dropped off at their school and ride a Y bus to the Y
3. Ride the school bus

Afternoon Pick-Up:
1. At your YMCA school program until 6:00 p.m.
2. Ride school bus home (YMCA school site locations only)
3. At the Kraft Family YMCA

Please choose one AM and one PM option for the year, at the time of registration.

*There must be a minimum of 14 students enrolled from the school for the Y to offer transportation from that site. More...
